This is a cosmetic grade of holographic pigment, it is FDA compliant for cosmetic use in nail polish. It is not safe for use on eyes or lips. Made in the USA!

This item comes in pigment form as 1 gr Jar. Similar to the other pigments. It can be applied over any base colour, but for the best effect, use it over cured gel polish. Rub on with an applicator or sponge or finger. Then apply a final layer of top gel for lasting longer.
